FORAGING WILD RASPBERRY LEAVES (Rubus idaeus)

Part used: leaf

Properties: Antispasmodic, Astringent; alternative, stimulant, tonic

Body parts Affected: stomach, liver, blood, genitourinary system and muscles

Preparation as infusion: Steep 5 to 15 minutes and Drink warm.

Wild Raspberry leaf tea also is good when combined with fresh peppermint.
